Very Good Experience

Arrived on time and was very pleasant. Lots of issues with older computer but got all reloaded that I was looking for and informative as to what was good and bad. Advised as older machine to not spend anymore on it but consider a newer version. Noted a number of applications that granddaughters had loaded up were causing issues as well. Overall a very good experience. Was unsure how to get into some applications the following day so contacted Randy and was able to resolve remotely.
